California Privacy Rights

Residents of California have the following privacy rights, with certain limitations:

  • The right to request that we disclose to you the personal information related to you we have collected during the past 12 months.
  • The right to ask that we delete the personal information we have collected about you.
  • The right to opt out of having your personal information “sold”, as the term is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
  • The right to request, under the Shine The Light law, what personal information we share with third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes, once every 12 months.

If you would like to exercise any or all of these rights, click here. For a Shine The Light request, you can email us at brandprotection@popsockets.com or call us toll-free at +1 (855) 941 1951. Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity by sending an email to the email address you provide to us.

Please note that after we process your request to delete or opt out of the sale of your personal information, you may still see advertising regarding our products due to general advertising efforts unrelated to your personal information.

Please also be aware that these requests will not function as an opt out of internet-based advertising as a whole. To learn more about opting out of internet-based advertising, visit http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ and/or http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.aspx.

You may designate, in writing or through a power of attorney, an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights under the CCPA. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require the agent to provide proof you have authorized it to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us.
