This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to notify you about how PopSockets collects, uses, discloses, transfers, and otherwise processes personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we obtain through our website (the "Site") or that you provide to us through purchase of our products and use of our services. Each time you visit the Site, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you contribute to a blog or review products on this Site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of the site, and it could be used to send you unsolicited messages. Access to and Correction of Your Personally Identifiable Information

Sharing Designs and User Content

When sharing a design or User Content, you are making that design and User Content publicly available. Anyone who obtains a copy of the shared link to your design or content will be able to view it.

We are not responsible for the User Content that you provide through the Site. You may have the option to delete your User Content, but in some cases, we cannot ensure that it can or will be deleted. Copies of your User Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or it might have been copied or stored by other site users. Do not provide any User Content that you do not want to be accessed or used by PopSockets and third parties.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number or social security number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
