At some companies, diversity is nothing more than a buzzword. We never want to be that way. In fact, we’ve taken—and continue to take—significant steps to maintain an inclusive workplace. Some of these actions include American Sign Language interpretation for company-wide meetings, actively recruiting candidates from diverse backgrounds, leveraging our partnership with the Hispanic/Latino Professionals Association to help increase applications from underrepresented groups, offering equal maternity and paternity leave, flexible start times, and gender-neutral restrooms at our corporate headquarters.


In 2019, PopSockets employees donated more than 500 hours of service in Colorado, California, and Kenya, plus more than 18,000 grips to nonprofit organizations.

In 2020, PopSockets launched our first Women’s Employee Resource Group to promote female career advancement and skills training.
