Beware of Unauthorized Resellers

Please only purchase PopSockets products from us or from an authorized retailer.

Unfortunately, PopSockets products have become popular enough that some unscrupulous companies and individuals are selling counterfeit products. This is bad for us, but also bad for the consumer: these counterfeit PopSockets and PopClips are vastly inferior in quality to our genuine products. These inferior knockoffs, while not always easy to detect, are not produced by or for PopSockets LLC, and are not under our control. These products do not meet our quality standards and are not covered by our warranty.

Also unfortunately, genuine PopSockets products are sometimes sold by companies not authorized to do so. These products are acquired from a host of questionable sources: they may have been damaged, defective, used, or stolen. Due to the nature of the goods sold by unauthorized resellers and their business practices, products sold by unauthorized resellers are not entitled to PopSockets warranty coverage. We are using our best efforts (including this warning) to prohibit these companies from taking advantage of consumers, but these practices still exist.

A note regarding Amazon: The only authorized sellers are itself, and PopSockets LLC. Look for the phrase “Ships from and sold by” or the phrase “Ships from and sold by PopSockets” to identify genuine PopSockets.
