WILL IT STICK TO MY PHONE?

The new gel sticks fantastically to smooth cases, hard cases, and phones with plastic, metal, or glass casings. It doesn’t stick as well to silicone or waterproof cases, cases with a lot of texture, soft cases.

WILL IT WORK WITH MY POPTOP?

The new base will work with all swappable PopTops. Not sure if your PopTop is swappable? Close it flat, press down, and then give it a 90º twist. If there’s a “click” and the PopTop detaches, it’s swappable.


Non-swappable PopGrips will remain firmly stuck in place. Those are great, too. But this new base only works with swappable PopTops.

HOW CAN I REMOVE MY POPTOP FROM MY OLD BASE?

When you get your new and improved base, you’ll need to remove your PopTop from your existing, not-quite-as-sticky base.


If it’s stuck to your phone, close it flat, press down, and then give it a 90º twist. Then you can use dental floss or a credit card to pry the old base from your phone.


If it’s no longer stuck to your phone, press your old base to something like a wall or a table, and then close the PopGrip flat, press down, and give it a 90º twist. The PopTop should click right out and you can swap it into your newly installed, stickier-than-ever base.
