PopSockets exists to change the world for the better with innovative, magical products, tools and community empowered activism.
Giving back has always been front and center at PopSockets. Although we are a young company, we are proud to have donated more than $3 million to a wide range of causes since 2017.
PopSockets’ signature giving program, Poptivism, is an open invitation to make a positive impact—it’s community-powered philanthropy. We make it easy for our network of customers and artists to do good, in the way they choose. Artists submit (through our website) original grip designs to benefit their selected charity. We’ll produce the grip, offer it online and for each product sold, we donate a full 50% of the sale to the specified nonprofit. Anyone can be a Poptivist by creating a design, sharing a link or purchasing a grip to support your favorite charity!
PopSockets has also made substantial contributions to nonprofits working to solve mobility issues for those with Parkinson’s, arthritis, spinal cord and brain injuries, and ALS. Our grips make it easier to hold and utilize a mobile phone, especially for those who have trouble extending their fingers.
PopSockets employees are DoGood-ers too. We encourage individual and group contributions to our community. Each employee receives two paid volunteer days to make a difference where and when they choose. This adds up to more than 2,500 donated hours!
It doesn’t take a lot to realize that PopSockets isn’t your average company. Sure, we’ve got pretty sweet products to thank for that, but most of the credit goes to our people. Our team is selfless, customer obsessed, responsible, impactful, passionate, innovative, and courageous. These are the same traits that define who we are as a brand. It’s what keeps us going.

PopSockets’ Code of Conduct details expectations of suppliers. This document was modeled on the Fair Labor Association Workplace Code of Conduct and various International Labour Organization conventions. Our Suppliers must agree, in writing, to adopt and uphold our Code of Conduct. We also partner with Sumerra, a global service provider in social responsibility, health and safety, and environmental sustainability, to annually monitor of our manufacturers, subcontractors, and logistics partners for adherence to PopSockets’ Code of Conduct
PopSockets is actively working toward Fair Labor Association (FLA) accreditation. FLA is a membership organization with a mission to improve workers’ rights around the world. In February 2018, PopSockets was approved by the FLA Board of Directors as a Participating Company affiliate. We are actively seeking full accreditation (typically a multi-year process) that would endorse PopSockets’ responsible sourcing program meets requirements for effectively managing labor rights risks within our supply chain.
PopSockets cares about our global environment. We are constantly working toward reducing the amount of plastic used In the production of each grip, setting higher standards for performance so the grips last longer, and finding innovative ways to use recycled plastic in our products.
