People Better

PopSockets strives to ensure that every person involved in making our products—from the factory floor to our corporate headquarters—is treated with respect, dignity, and inclusion. Our people are at the heart of everything we do: PopSockets wouldn't be nearly as special of a place without our brilliant, creative team and our global partners. All PopSockets employees are offered paid time off to volunteer with organizations they love.

Employee Volunteers in Action

I volunteered with my favorite group - Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado. In Colorado, it costs over $25K per mile to put in a high-quality erosion minimied trail, so volunteer work can really help smaller groups with limited funding get big projects accomplished. The reason I love this group is that they get a ton of work done in support of so many outdoor spaces throughout Colorado including 14ers, Boulder County Open Space, river cleanups on South Platte, and burn area recovery.

Employee Volunteers in Action

As someone who is passionate about cooking and sharing good food with friends and family, I’m proud to have volunteered with Project Angel Heart, an organization that provides meals to people with serious and life-threatening health conditions. They offer a diverse, medically tailored menu that allows their recipients to enjoy real, well-balanced meals and has been proven to reduce health care costs and overall wellbeing. By dedicating even a few hours to helping out with meal prep, I feel gratitude for being able to provide this comfort to those in need. #foodismedicine

Employee Volunteers in Action

Over the past three years, I've used my volunteer hours working at the food bank, participating in outdoor cleanups, and more. I'm thankful to be able to spend time giving back to causes I'm passionate about, all while forming deeper connections with my coworkers and the community!
